Quarterly Servicing of your System
Regular maintenance is crucial to keeping your system functioning effectively. It is a council requirement that all domestic treatment plants in Queensland are serviced quarterly with a comprehensive report submitted to council. When you sign up with us under a yearly contract, every three months we will notify you via text that we will be attending. Your system will be serviced and a report will be delivered to both you and your local council.

Service Call Outs and Repairs
If you are experiencing problems with your treatment plant you can check our trouble shooting page as many issues are rectified very simply. If that doesn't work for you then give us a call and we will have someone onsite ASAP to fix the problem.
Full System Clean and Pump Out
If your system has experienced an overflow for any reason, e.g. power outage, blockage, storm damage etc it will require a mandatory full pump out and clean. Even well functioning systems will still need a de-sludge and pump out on occasion. Krystel Kleer will organise this process for you, coordinating pump out and water trucks with full supervision on the day.
We can also assist with paperwork for home insurance claims.
Emergency And After Hours Services
Unfortunately breakdowns and failures don't always occur during business hours so our expert technicians are available for after hour emergency only call outs.
